Rachel Hammond is the prospect research specialist at Moody Bible Institute of Chicago. She began her advancement career at her alma mater, where she served as a student caller, call center manager, and advancement intern. These roles taught her the value of donor cultivation, retention, and engagement. She built an in-house calling program, launched a student philanthropy association, and developed a deep interest in research and development. Today, she uses those skills to uncover hidden prospects and wealth indicators at Moody. Hammond also actively serves the APRA community as Secretary and Communications Chair for APRA Indiana and as Chair of Apra International’s Education and Professional Development Committee. She’s passionate about giving back to the network that helped shape her career.
